Refresh is a weekend of guided guilt-free playtime with an exclusive group of 20 women just like you. This is not a weekend of training. This is a weekend of energizing experiences and authentic connection. Refresh is a curated in-person gathering — a pause, a step away from your day-to-day — to rest, connect and think.

Nope. This one is for everyone!

Absolutely! I hope you'll get a table and bring the entire crew! A "team ticket" of six seats is available for $750.
What if I haven't read the book yet? Do I have to read it before the workshop?
No worries! I'm hoping this day will inspire you to read every page, but I've retired from my role as an English teacher and am no longer grading anyone on their homework! LOL.
What is the attire?
Business casual. I want you to feel comfortable and confident. You may want to bring a layer in case the air conditioning is blasting.
