What if you could spend a weekend of guided guilt-free playtime with women just like you? At Refresh 2027 you'll do just that. This is not a weekend of training. This is a weekend of energizing experiences and authentic connection. Refresh is a curated in-person gathering—a pause, a step away from your day-to-day—to rest, connect and think.

Refresh is planned and guided by Amy Kemp, a woman leader just like you who helps leaders and business professionals understand how deeply thought habits impact every part of our work and lives. She has partnered with Alison Jurek, owner of Flamingo Luxury Travel, to help facilitate this unique experience.

I walked into Refresh wondering if it was for me. I walked out wondering why we don’t have more uplifting, rejuvenating, meaningful experiences like this in our lives. Somehow this weekend spent with 20 inspiring women was exactly what I needed, when I needed it.

An ethereal desert beauty permeates every experience at Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs Hotel, where urban enchantments meet epic scenery. The spacious guest rooms offer a restorative retreat after heart-thumping adventures on rugged trails (or playing on one of our six pickleball courts) to the lively nightlife scenes of downtown Palm Springs. From vista points like our refreshing rooftop deck or the two-story cinematic window in the lobby, the views are stunning and unsurpassed. Embrace our desert dreamland.

How do I claim a spot?

This unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience is limited to only 20 women, for a one-time payment of $3,000, or six monthly payments of $500.

Refresh is my gift to myself every year—it has become my annual commitment to my personal care and development goals. Working a high pressure job creates challenges in coping with stress and anxiety, and it is important to my personal needs to take time to play and remind myself of my personal goals and desires. Refresh is a chance to not be in charge and instead just exist alongside other powerful and impressive women who understand the world I live in without any explanation. The weekend gives me a chance to open myself up for reflection and connection with the spaces, places, and people around me. The whole experience is a refreshing reset that reminds me of who I am at the core of my being, bringing joy and love back to the forefront of my mindset, helping me to avoid burnout.
