I walked into Refresh wondering if it was for me. I walked out wondering why we don’t have more uplifting, rejuvenating, meaningful experiences like this in our lives. Somehow this weekend spent with 20 inspiring women was exactly what I needed, when I needed it.

Being a woman in leadership can be lonely, isolating, and exhausting. But something magical happens at Refresh—I leave behind my burdens and my presumptions and build meaningful bonds with other women. Refresh offers a safe, inclusive, adventurous, and fun way to learn more about myself and others, navigate a challenge, or blaze a new path. Take the leap!

- Two night's accommodation in a private room at the Wilde Resort
If flying, your best option for direct flights is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Several car rental options are available (we encourage you to carpool) and the resort is a two-hour drive through the desert—with several historic sights and amazing vistas along the way!
*April is the most popular time in Sedona and we’re excited to have you join us at the Wilde Resort and Spa! The resort will honor our contracted rate up to 3 days before and after Refresh just in case you want to come early or stay late. However, because it’s Sedona’s high season, this is not something that can be added last minute. If you're interested in extending your stay, please email us.

Amy and Alison have created a two-day experience filled with a balance of learning, exploration, and self-care designed to leave you feeling refreshed and inspired. Here's what we have planned so far for an idea of what you'll experience over the weekend.

Refresh is my gift to myself every year—it has become my annual commitment to my personal care and development goals. Working a high pressure job creates challenges in coping with stress and anxiety, and it is important to my personal needs to take time to play and remind myself of my personal goals and desires. Refresh is a chance to not be in charge and instead just exist alongside other powerful and impressive women who understand the world I live in without any explanation. The weekend gives me a chance to open myself up for reflection and connection with the spaces, places, and people around me. The whole experience is a refreshing reset that reminds me of who I am at the core of my being, bringing joy and love back to the forefront of my mindset, helping me to avoid burnout.
